Is there a limit to the number of people in a shoot?

This depends on how long you book your shoot. If more than 6 people are going to be at the photo shoot , we require a minimum of 60 minutes.

What happens if weather is not good?

If bad weather is forecast for the day of your shoot , we will try our best to reschedule for another day.

How do we contact you once in Australia?

Please download the app called Whats App and you will be able to send us messages via the app so long as you have a wifi connection. Email is also another way to contact us. 

What should we wear for the shoot?

This depends on the time of year and the temperature on the day. Light soft colours are lovely, neutrals , soft florals. Please try not to wear black. 

We want you to be yourselves, dress up and wear heels , or be comfortable in a more casual attire.


What do we need to bring to the shoot?

Please try not to bring large bags with you. Please minimise personal belongings in one bag, so that if necessary we can carry it over our shoulder for you.

Where do we meet you?

We have a selection of meeting spots depending on the location. You will be sent a link to the meeting spot with a landmark , street intersection or building number in your booking email when you lock in a session.

If you choose the two location option of Sydney Harbour and Bondi, we start at Sydney Harbour and then go to Bondi.

What is the best way to get to our meeting spot?

This depends on where you are staying. We recommend using Uber and please allow plenty of time to get there as Sydney CBD is currently going through some major road works. Alternatively our public transport system (bus , train and ferry) is excellent, but please allow extra time. You see more about transport options here.

How long before we get the images?

Our turn around is 3 days. You will receive your link to download your photos within 3 days of your photo shoot.

Do the images belong to us?

Yes, they are yours for your personal use only. You will receive the high resolution JPG files with no watermark via WeTransfer. Please keep in mind we love to share our work on our social media platform. We ask all our clients if they are happy to allow us to share their photos, or if they would like them to remain private.

Can we shoot at another location (apart from those listed on the site)?

Yes you can. We are always happy to discuss alternative locations with you. Contact us and we can suggest some other options.

What if we need to reschedule the date?

If it is more that a week out from the shoot, the you are able to reschedule directly by clicking the “view my booking” link on your confirmation email. Please give us as much notice as possible if you need to reschedule to ensure you can find another available time in our calendar (because we do book up in advance). If you’re having trouble, please contact us and we will do our best to accomodate your request. 

What if we need to cancel our shoot?

We understand that circumstances can change ( due to illness, travel delays etc ) so if you do need to cancel your booking , we will refund you 80% of your booking fee. If your cancellation is within the 48 hour period we will refund 50% of your booking fee. Please contact us to arrange this.
